Aims
We are a voluntary community group with the aim of promoting the parish of Dún Chaoin in Co. Kerry, Ireland. The committee organises regular events throughout the year including Lá ‘le Gobnait or St. Gobnet’s Day on the 11th February, regular events for the elderly, the operation of a community broadband scheme, community Christmas party, the development of walks and other community and tourism infrastructure.

Dún Chaoin
Dún Chaoin has a population of 184 (Census 2016) and farming, tourism services and part-time fishing are the main livelihoods of its populance. Many others work in Dingle town and other towns.
Is í an Ghaeilge teanga mhuintir Dhún Chaoin agus táimid bródúil as an ngreim atá againn ar ár gcultúr dúchais agus as na nascanna atá againn le sliocht na n-imirceach a thug aghaidh ar shaol nua i Meiriceá, Sasana agus i dtíortha eile.
